The New Stylish Wing Chun Kung Fu training t-shirts are now in stock.  A great looking v-neck -shirt it has been printed using the sublimation process.  This has allowed lots of vibrant colour too be infused INTO the material and it will not, therefore, fade, peel to crack.

The polyester material is designed to allow the sweat to wick away and feels much more comfortable than the standard cotton t-shirts of our regular uniform.  These would be a great gift leading up to Christmas if people are at a loss to know what to get you.

The #UKWCKFA online #wingchun classes current topic of of discussion is the all important Sheung Chi Sau, or Double Sticky Hands. Many years ago James Sinclair was named 'The Teachers Teacher'. This was due to the fact that many UK based teachers had their roots, and more, under his tutelage. James still teaches all levels of student personally teaching in Leicester, St Neots, Bedford and Rayleigh, Essex. This is but a tiny extract from episode 19 of the online series on Chi Sau. We introduced some simple concepts to reduce the inherent risks when crossing gates.Once again we fully accept you have your own experience and opinions. It is would be remiss not to discuss the Bong Sau frame in such an important aspect of this training approach.The Bong Sau can be used as a block to a punch. However it is often demonstrated in a far too elaborate and fanciful manner. The best use case for Bong Sau is in #chisau training and primarily to prevent the ever dangerous throat strikes.In this short clip James Sinclair discusses the frame.
