We noticed the longer video clips are not proving popular. Very few of you demonstrate the stamina to last more than a few minutes. As a result we are trialling this shorter extract (from a recent zoom presentation), and will gauge your feedback. Please feel free to let us know what you prefer in the comments. And on a SERIOUS MATTER....If you mysteriously find that you enjoy this material, despite trying really hard not to... please take that extra step and push the 'LIKE BUTTON. It is just the modern way of saying 'thank you', and manners cost nothing. In this clip from a recent live zoom session James Sinclair was discussing his experience with using the elbows. Some of this clip was relating to the Cham Kiu theories too, not just striking. This is but a tiny fragment form a far longer discussion, so please accept that it is easy to take this out of context and it may leave you with more quiestions..... That is not a bad thing, talk to your teachers!!!! All teachers love to be asked questions in class.
