The beautiful 'Art' of Wing Chun Kuen has long had the challenge of training the Hong Jong or Empty Dummy. ![]()

Quite a challenge to do well, it forms a part of the UKWCKFA 5th Grading syllabus. ![]()

Only 4 people have ever taken and passed this grading. Many students have completed the formal art through to the Butterfly Knives, but don't wish to take any gradings beyond the 2nd test. ![]()

The UKWCKFA is rare in that we only have two gradings that are required to learn the complete Art. The rest are personal challenges.
